Chuck Form Two

I'm back to using this blog for what it was initially created for, to try and learn the katas. I'm supposed to perform chuck form 2 this Saturday at Candidate class and I'm still trying to figure it out.

Chuck form 2 is an enhanced version of chuck form 1. Same structure, most stuff.

Mr Vince performs it here, slowly and with explanations.

Chamber chucks.

Hard bow step forward right. Double chuck spin outside, spin inside, spin outside to the thigh, spin up to the shoulder, spin down to the arm pit.

Hard bow step forward left. Same sequence.

Turn to left.

Double chucks down to left, over to right, spin up to shoulders, spin down to pits.
Front right kick, skip right kick.
Both chucks cross the body to outside so arms are crossed. Spin back, spin up to shoulders, spin down to pits.

180. Repeat the other way.

Face forward, legs together. Right chuck across the body, spin back, spin up, spin to pit.

Repeat with left.

Both chucks across the body, spin back, spin up, spin down to legs, figure 8 up, then down to pits....

I have to learn chuck form 1 for my 2nd degree black-belt test. While watching this video, I captured the following description:

Chamber chucks.

Hard bow step forward right.
Symmetric double chuck spin: out, in, out down (contact inner thighs), up (contact back) out catch.

Hard bow step forward left.
Repeat above sequence:

Turn to left. Hard bow stance w/ left leg forward
Symmetric double chucks down to left (contact side) spin up (contact back) spin out catch.

Rear leg front kick (right leg) step forward; jumping front kick (right leg); end hard-bow stance right leg front.

Symmetric double chucks spin up (contact back), cross hands (contact sides) un-cross hands (contact sides), up (contact back) out catch.

180 turn. Hard bow stance w/right leg forward
Symmetric double chucks down to right (contact side) spin up (contact back) spin out catch.

Rear leg front kick (left leg) step forward; jumping front kick (left leg); end hard-bow stance left leg front.

Symmetric double chucks spin up (contact back), cross hands (contact sides) un-cross hands (contact sides), up (contact back) out catch.

Face forward, feet together.
Right chuck across the body (contact left side), back (contact right side), up (contact back), out in out (figure 8) catch.

Remain in stance and repeat above sequence with left chuck.

Symmetric double chuck up (contact back) horse stance right, cross hands (contact sides) un-cross hands (contact sides), up (contact back) out in out (figure 8) down (contact inner thighs) up (contact back) feet together.

Symmetric double chuck up (contact back) horse stance left, cross hands (contact sides) un-cross hands (contact sides), up (contact back) out in out (figure 8) down (contact inner thighs) up (contact back) feet together.

Out & catch.
