Ki Chung Kata

The Ki Chung kata is a kata of tae kwon do origin. It's nearly identical to kama set but uses open hands. I saw it for the first time tonight (March 23, 2009).

We've never seen this kata up here in New York. It's amazing. So is the guy doing it. He makes it look effortless. WOW!

It does look just like kama form one. What's the real story here, is one derived from the other?

Keep up the great blog. I've thought of cowriting but I'm unsure.
