My life took a funny turn four years ago...into a dojo! I took my son to karate and found that I didn't like being a spectator. I'm now wearing a black belt. I'm at Steve Lavallees Karate School, Ft Lauderdale NTC dojo. I started this blog to help remember my kata (they're on video, look down the left column). The following Martial Arts are currently in the Olympic Games:
Archery, Boxing, Fencing, Judo,
TaeKwonDo, & Wrestling
The Olympic committee also officially recognises the following Martial Arts as International sports but are as yet not part of the Olympic games:
Karate & Wushu
