My life took a funny turn four years ago...into a dojo! I took my son to karate and found that I didn't like being a spectator. I'm now wearing a black belt. I'm at Steve Lavallees Karate School, Ft Lauderdale NTC dojo. I started this blog to help remember my kata (they're on video, look down the left column).
